Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing information about their children and for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

4. Registration & Payment Information
Camp registrations are made for specific AM blocks, PM blocks, or both, depending on the family’s selection and availability.
Payments may be processed through Wix or third-party payment processors available through our website.
Payment processors may collect payment card, bank, billing, and transaction information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
The Makery Studios generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information when payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
We may receive transaction information such as the purchaser’s name, contact information, amount paid, payment status, transaction details, and refund information.

Emergency contacts are not automatically authorized to pick up a camper unless they have also been designated as an authorized pickup person.
8. Photos, Videos & Social Media
The Makery Studios uses a separate optional Photo & Media Release.
A camper’s identifiable photograph or video will not intentionally be used for The Makery Studios’ public-facing promotional, advertising, website, or social media purposes unless the appropriate parent or legal guardian has provided authorization.
When authorization has been provided, photographs or videos may be used on:

Declining the Photo & Media Release does not affect a camper’s ability to attend or participate in camp.
Parents may withdraw authorization for future uses as described in the Photo & Media Release. We may not be able to remove materials already printed or distributed or copies independently saved, shared, or reposted by third parties.
